User Rights and Responsibilities
- You retain ownership of your content and links
- Users are responsible for compliance with applicable laws
- You may not use the service for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
Service Availability
- Service availability is provided "as-is"
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice
Content Policy
- We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content
- Prohibited content includes spam, malware, phishing, and illegal material
- Content must not violate intellectual property rights
- We may suspend accounts that violate our content policy
Limitation of Liability
Peep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Fair Use
- "Unlimited" features (links, subscribers) are subject to reasonable use by a single account.
- Bandwidth is capped at 100GB per account per month (link views, redirects, and hosted images); we will contact you before any throttling except in cases of abuse.
- Assets hosted on your Peep pages may not be hotlinked from unrelated sites or apps.
- Automated traffic, scraping, or patterns that degrade the service may be rate-limited or suspended.
Membership and Payments
- "Lifetime" and "founding" plans mean the lifetime of the Peep product; if the service is ever discontinued, we will give reasonable advance notice and a full export of your data and subscriber lists.
- Pay-what-you-can plans are subject to the minimum amount shown at checkout.
- Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
- Referral rewards are credited 30 days after the referred payment clears, and are voided by refunds or chargebacks. Self-referrals and incentive abuse are not permitted; rewards have no cash value until the payout threshold is met.
- Prices and limits for future plans may change, but the terms of plans already purchased are honored.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
